I had an amazing stay! The hotel is super clean and cozy, and the staff is friendly and professional. Plus, it's in a great location-close to a supermarket and some cool restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite after exploring. I really appreciated the quick and hassle-free check-in process, and the fact that my room was warm and nice when I arrived was a huge plus in the chilly weather.

Honestly, I didn’t have any complaints during my stay! Just a minor issue with the bathroom sink not draining well, but the staff handled it promptly. If you notice anything, just let them know—they're super helpful!

location: the hotel was adjacent to the city center and the airport and the restaurant. also, al tawba mosque was 3 miles away from the venue.

What a lovely spot for a romantic getaway! The hotel is super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We loved the location too-so close to a supermarket and some nice restaurants. Plus, the room was spacious and cozy, just perfect for relaxing together after a long day. The breakfast was decent with a nice Middle Eastern variety, which added a little flavor to our mornings!

On the downside, we did notice that the bathroom sink had a bit of a drainage issue. Thankfully, the staff were quick to respond when we mentioned it, so it wasn't a huge problem. we had a great stay with no other complaints!

The hotel was new, modern, and very clean, with great facilities like a nice gym and a restaurant open 24 hours. We loved the convenient location that was just 5 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the reception team were really nice to help us with our queries. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of Arabic and European items. we had a great experience at this hotel.

I found the pillows to be uncomfortable, which impacted the quality of my sleep. the location of the key card holder inside the room caused confusion and took time to locate.
